Did Mayweather duck Micky Ward?

    Micky was done and retired shortly after Mayweather moved to 140. I always wondered if Mayweather fought Ward as a warm up fight for 140 , what would of happened?

    Mayweather's defense to the head was truly great, but he could be hit with bodyshots. If Ward landed his left hook to Mayweather's body that could be a rap. Mayweather know this and most likely wait to move up. What do you guys think?

    Love Micky, but come on! When Arturo stuck to his boxing, Ward couldn't get to him. Now watch Mayweather vs. Gatti on YouTube and use your imagination to figure out how Mayweather-Ward would go.

    Floyd avoided Irishmen his whole career. He only fought Canelo, who was way too green at the time. Peak 2016 Canelo beats Floyd..
