Nah I understood. That fight was very close. The robbery legend is just that, a legend. In the end team America protested over one point which they thought Mayweather should have gotten in the last round which would have made the match a draw with punch counting to decide the outcome. So even if the ptotest had been succesful (which, with a bulgarian head of proceedings admittedly wasn't very likely) he still might have lost the match.
The 1996 version of Todorov was still a superb amateur boxer but he was visibly slowing down. Mayweather was also a very good amateur boxer but he was not at all head and shoulders above the elite in his weight class, as many wants to make him out to be, and even on a national level he had his hands full.

I think it's safe to say Roy was golden also. Roy and Oscar = Gold medalists. Floyd = bronze boy.
