Surely it's the Tri-Lateral commission in conjunction with the illuminati.

You're a moron. He's the majority shareholder. He doesn't call the shots because in a jointly owned company anyone with serious interest gets input, but Oscar has the most clout.

Of course they don't work for nothing. They get a cut of the profit due to their role as promoter. Even with that cut taken out Floyd still makes more than he would trying to promote the fight through Mayweather Promotions.

"meet the new boss, same as the ol boss!" we gettin fooled again. Don King, James Norris, Blinky Palermo, James Norris, AEG,

They wanted Carnera to control and guide to the $$, now they want floyd to control and guide to the $$ which comes to an abrupt end against Pacauiao.

Well, who else is under Mayweather Promotions? Any other fighter?
Truth is Mayweather negotiated to have GBP co-promote his next five fights. But since Mayweather Promotions is more of a dream than a reality of course GBP has to be highly involved. I think Hatton made the same deal with GBP to get the fight with Mayweather, and he became a GBP fighter too.

Oscar knows how to do things

Alright, time for a lesson in business for the uneducated.

Fact: Smart businessmen call on the abilities of other experts to help them achieve their ends.

Smart businessmen work in TEAMS. They do NOT try to do everything on their own. They hire intelligent accountants, attorneys, etc., to help them get what they want. You have a big fight coming up, what do you do? You hire a top-line promotional outfit.

Golden Boy Promotions is clearly better positioned to handle the marketing of a Mayweather-sized event. Floyd has made the smart move in calling on their abilities.

Fact #2: Only uneducated people who don't know the first thing about business would expect Floyd and Oscar to carry a grudge against one another since they've fought before, in some sort of a WWE-related sense of honour, and miss out on the opportunity to both make loads of cash - on the scale of which this fight will certainly generate.

    Thanks for your time.
