when mayweather stumbled in the first round from hatton's missed jab, the british commentators were going nuts.
that sad thing is, that was probably hattons only highlight cause he didnt land nothing during the fight..

If you accuse me of lies, why shouldn't I respond to clear myself. You are the one who said no one cares aobut my opinion, yet YOU reply to me all the time, or troll just to get my attention and antagonioze me.

BTW...I PM'd Scar and pimp C and they don't know what you are talking about. Scar thinks you're confused (understatement...). Neither remember me saying that. Sorry liar. :hi:

How strong did Mayweather look in this fight? That was more impressive than the flashiness of the last couple of rounds.

I was being a little harsh as most dont care about your opinion. Some do.

I try to respond civilized to some of your post, even agreeing with you and you immediately flip and start trolling the thread.

And I dont believe you on the PMs part. But its okay. I dont hold it against you whether you did or didn't pick against Floyd in the Baldomir fight.

Then ask them yourself liar. I could care less if you agree with me. You spread lies. Remember when you tried to claim I edited a post of yours, even though another poster caught that too. You're a piece of ****, so don't try to play the role of the "civilized" poster here. :patsch

Sorry, but "schooling" would not be loosing a third of the rounds chief

How the hell is this thread still going?!?!?

Calzaghe v Lacy was a schooling.
Hopkins v Pavlik was a schooling.
Wright v Trinidad was a schooling.
Pacquiao v De La Hoya was a schooling.
Mayweather v Gatti was a schooling.
Klitschko v Peter was a schooling.

Anyone who has seen any of those fights knows that Mayweather v Hatton was nothing like a schooling.

Hatton won a round or even a couple on some scorecards, but even in the rounds he dropped, he was very competitive. Only in rounds 8 and 10 did he take any real punishment.

By no definition (except that of a biased PBF fan) was that fight a 'schooling'.

To those who are saying it was - does it compare to any of the actual schoolings I just listed in terms of domination throughout?? No.

A schooling is the kind of fight where you can lift any round out of it in isolation, watch it, and already know for 100% who the winner was, it has to be clear and indisputable supremacy for every minute of every round. That's what the fights I listed were.

Mayweather v Hatton was a SUPERB performance by PBF, but it simply was not a 'schooling'.

You are 100% right. Those examples were schoolings.

It's going because the Floyd fanboys want to try and convince everyone it was a schooling. It's an INSULT to thnk he didn't I guess.

I've tried explaining why it isn't, but people want to forget the first half of the fight, where Hatton WAS competitive. Just because a guy wins rounds doesn't mean it's a schooling. Hell, Winky won basically every round vs. JC Candelo, but I don't think anyone who saw it would say that was a schooling.
