in the build up to the unification fight, wbc said they'd only sanction if mosley apologised to them. I don't remember him ever apologising, but they still sanctioned the fight. any info?
because after beating collazo for the interim wbc ww belt, he then fought cotto without them sanctioning it. he was supposed to fight berto for the vacant wbc belt. something like that.
Not that I know of. But the WBC needs money and will take it from anyone, so they were kidding themselves in the first place.
I dont remember hearing anything about it since. Somebody probably pointed out to them that they were making themselves look like idiots and they just shut up about it.
