Would YOU refuse to call him Bozo if 50 years later that is what he and everyone else still identified him with?

If you honestly believe Mussolini refers to Ali as "Clay" because hes stuck in 1967 you havent been reading his posts too closely. He didnt live through these times. He wasnt there. He doesnt know what he is talking about.

He carries a grudge against Ali for some reason and uses "Clay" as a snyde, cute little insult, just like his posts are thinly veiled attempts at tarnishing more established fighters in the guise of publicizing lesser known fighters or events.

It seems that Muhammad did n't so much mind being called Cassius Clay after he changed his name, but it was more of whether there was an agenda behind it. If someone called him, or refered to him,as Cassius he'd be okay with it as long as it was spontaneous, but woe betide anyone who used the name Clay as provocation. Or if Ali SAW it as provocation.

His brother,Rudy, changed his name too. He got into the Nation of Islam before Cassius/Muhammad did. His mum never commited herself in print too much. And his dad said that he would n't only keep the Clay name but that he would "capitalise on it"
