    Diaz weakness was exposed.

    1. Body shots

    2. Cut

What he is missing compared to the elites:

    1. Defense of the body.

    2. Will to win despite the odds. Marquez got his cut before Diaz did.

I don't know about that will to win part. I think it's more his inability to distract himself or adjust to blood in his eye. A lot of fighters figure their way around it, and he hasn't. I can see how that could fall under will to win, but Diaz was undoubtedly still trying to hurt Marquez and get back into the fight when he got stopped. He went down swinging.

Diaz is a very good fighter, but it seems like when he gets cut he goes downhill. He can't afford to do it against great boxers like JMM.

Well in the interview, Nate says that Diaz looked that good in the begining because Marquez is a slow starter...

I don't think Campbell stole Diaz's heart, it's just that when Diaz gets cut, he goes downhill in a fight, like it bothers him.

Campbell did a great job vs Diaz, but that fight wasnt that damaging. It was a clear Nate win, but I scored it 8-4. Juan was competitive with Nate, it was by no means a destruction. Baby Bull was beating both men till they cut him. He's doing just fine.

ahahah this better not be an attempt to discredit Marquez' great victory..

Diaz fought with the same energy he did as always and even better than in any of his past fights up until that knockout. Campbell took nothing away from him, if anything, Diaz became an improved fighter.

Marquez was just too great, that's why..

I wouldnt say Nate "ruined" Diaz, or anything like that. I think what Nate's fight with Diaz did was write the blueprint on how to beat him. Nate showed that to beat Diaz, you MUST attack the body. JMM did some great body work in the fight, to set Diaz up for the uppercuts later on.
