Watching it again,i heard Jim Watt say this.He weighed in too light and looked like **** in there as it was.Pac's brilliance didnt help matters, though.
Anybody know if he only entered the ring at 147?Pacs weight too anybody?:?

DLH fiddled the scales at the weigh-in to disguise the fact that he was actually only 126lbs at weigh-in time. He's been doing it for years, against Hopkins he was really only 130lbs and was dangling lead weights from his testicles in order to make himself heavier. And for the Sturm weigh in he had Shane Mosley hidden in his hair.

Nah....PAC's fee was the beat down. DLH just didn't have the answers to pac's demensions, speed and power. Clearly DLH isn't what he use to be but that shouldn't take away from PAC's outstanding preformance...he beat a legend in the game and did it with ease.....even better than how Joe beat Roy or how JOe edged Bhop....overall the win should be kept in perspective being that DLH was past his best but PAC should get the praise since he's moved up and hope over the 140 lbs divison to make the fight happen. Clearly one of PAC's best wins.

So,you dont think the daunting task of facing a brilliant PFP number1 becomes MUCH more difficult when you are totally emaciated and weakened?
Being weak as a kitten against a fighter like Pac seriously compromised his chances.Strength and power was his main advantage, but that was gone. That has to be a factor.

DLH didn't train right...he needs to quit playing musical trainers.

He's a filthy rich and equally cheap *******..."I can get a Nacho, a Dundee, and a few other guys for the price of Floyd Sr...":nut

He was to be fined(cant remember if it was 1 or 3million) for every pound over 147 on fight night. Reason he came in 145 at the weigh-in, incase he gained weight overnight. Money ***** got greedy and got ****ed, thought he he would have enough to get rid of pac early, couldnt and got done. **** em.

During the undercards, when news got around on these boards that DLH was 147, I knew I had lost my money, and that's that!

Of course I don't....Neither do you. But its easy to use common sense. DLH wasn't totally Emancated and weak...he was just too slow and ill prepared for what he was in for against PAC.

I honestly beleive DLH and his entire camp felt this was going to be an easy fight given the skill set DLH is known for and his size. The weight wasn't an issue, neither was the height when it came down to it.

PAC just had the speed and diversity to keep DLH unable to mount any counters or offense. When DLH tried to counter he was countered...when DLH was trying to get his rythm PAC would shoot a straight left or rally a combo.

It was just the pace, speed and movement of PAC that made DLH look like he did. And of course DLH is past his best! A prime DLH would have been a much more competitive fight and DLH could have actually WON IMO...but to say that PAC beat up a punching bag when speaking about DLH is not only disrespectful to DLH, but also to PAC.

A good way to guage if a fighter lost or dropped weight properly is how much wieght htey put on after wiegh in....DLH only put on 2 pounds....His conditioning was very good....so was his opponent unfortunately.
