I can see were ur comin from but i think Sugar Shane would beat him, the fite isnt at Welter its a Catchweight fite, The money, Arum wants one of his to be in the next super fite with JMM/PBF thats the main reasons,

Because fighting Mosley in 140 will just give more excuses even if Pac wins.

Reason why Mosley was not taken:
    1. Arum promotes Cotto and Pac means all the money will be only for Top Rank.
    2. Cotto has a W over Mosley (and no don't do the Mosley beat Cheato, Cheato beat Cotto, it doesnt work like that)
    3. Winning against 140 Mosley = old, shot, weight drained, not prime excuses
    4. Cotto is one of the most threat in the Welterweight Area.
    5. Even at 147 Mosley = old, not prime excuses still comes so why give?

I dont care wat u think but he wud beat Cotto if they fought again this has nothing to do with Margarito, but you do admit that the main reason that they are fitin is because of Arum(Money grabbin ****) which is a plus

If Hatton would have not been so easily destroy and Clottey would have been a walk in the park for Cotto... no way Pacquiao would have picked him

Those combined scenarios give us Pacquiao VS Cotto

This is hard for Manny, if he chose to fight Shane, people would say he ducked the man who beat Mosely...

I think Pac's standard is too high now here in ESB. Look, Pac is moving up in weight and is fighting a top 3 welterweight but he is still accused of cherry picking his opponent. Pac should fight the best in the higher division so that he will not be considered a cherry picker.

    That is amazing!

Even if Pac is fighting anyone in the middle weight. It is still cherry picking... How about The Klitz brother or Valuev? I believe its cherrypicking too!

    :|

Shane KO'd Cotto's conqueror to become champ...Cotto squatted on Paul's vacant title to become "champ".

Shane has a higher position at WW than Cotto...like it or not.

They have gone in seperate directions since their fight.

Manny didn't fight the best at 135 and he's doing the same thing at 147.

What title did Oscar have when Pac fought him:think?

    Steve Forbe's pillow-fisted ass fractured Hoya's eye-socket..

That was nothing but a worthless money fight.
