He won't and he can't. Pactrads and Floyd Haters are grasping at straws, have been.

It's dumbfounding to think that you have to ask that question, "How did Floyd know Pac would say no".

Seriously, *******s are that dumb, that they honestly believed Mayweather wanted to DUCK Pac, so he orchestrated this scheme, where he and Pac would be randomly tested, because he KNEW for certain that Pac was going to PROTEST the tests and say **** the 40 million," I NO TAKE NO TEST, ME SCARED OF NEEDLES?????"

REALLY???!! *******S BELIEVE THAT :rofl:rofl:rofl The **** wrong with them!

There must be some other reason than the two choices you're suggesting both of which is uncharacteristic of Pacquiao! Put yourself in the shoes of Pac, If you felt being discriminated (random blood test being not the norm in pro boxing), would you simply accept it?

Penalties are meant to assure compliance with the agreement and not necessarily to dupe money from the offending party. Floyd would not pay anything if he would come to the weigh-in at the agreed limit.
