1. Mayweather ain't featherfisted 2. Mayweather was way too fast for Pacquiao 3. Pacquiao wasn't willing to absorb the necessary punishment to give himself his best chance of winning 4. Pac's feet are awful :smoke
I genuinely don't think he was too bothered by Floyd's power. He felt those right hands but he was never rocked. Pacman was just confused by Floyd's speed and footwork.
probably still has the memory of juan knocking him out even though he really doesnt remember what happened
Uhm, idk. Pacquiao said Mayweather didn't have a lot of power. And yet, he still seemed really hesitant to throw.
Which is not surprising considering how Joshua Clottey stood there with high guard up, and snapped his head back for 12 rounds.
just want to straighten out your logic molina was hesitant to throw against broner does that mean broner has more power than mattysse ? because molina threw more against lucas
well by that logic, molina said he couldn't hit broner so there was no point in swinging at air, same for pacquiao vs floyd i guess? I guess you'l have some bogus excuse though. It was clear after round 1 to me floyd looked sharp and was too quick for pacman. It really pains pacquiao fans to admit that because thats the one attribute they thought pac had over floyd, turns out he didn't
this is nothing to do with pac vs may i am talking about the logic that just because you dont throw doesn't mean you scared maybe it means the other fighter runs or doesn't give you the chance with the pac vs may fight pac had a torn shoulder so we dont even need to go ahead
Mayweather has enough power to keep guys honest, and is very accurate. Punches hurt no matter what, and he's great at finding openings. I don't think he ever had pacquiao in trouble but anyone can get stopped from an accumulation of punishment. I think that's why pac wasn't recklessly rushing in.
Styles make fights. Pac would never have the success against Floyd that he has against other fighters. That much was confirmed to everyone still in denial about it on Saturday.
