Well the answer is obvious, in house, easier for Arum to make. Put it this way, if Williams was an Arum fighter would the fight get made? You bet your ass it would. Since he's negotiating from outside Arums fold he needs to bring that bit extra which let's be honest, Williams doesn't have right now. Since I believe the above is 100% true I can't go along with the duck theory.
Williams has been calling out Mayweather longer than Pac, so in that sense looks like Floyd doesnt want to fight Paul neither.
yea. Mayweather was in the WW division when Paul was originally. Like it or not, Pac has only officially been a ww since November of last year.
That former flyweight is now a ww and is fighting for the 154lb title and that jmw/former ww still can make 147lb!
THis would be a stupid fight for Pac to take(styles dont match up well for Pac). Also this would be stupid buisness wise, why risk a fight with Williams, when Mayweather will eventually come around. Hell i even think this fight with Margarito is risky. Besides Williams has unfinished buisness with Martinez, who i thouht won there fight by 3 points.
If WIlliams was an Arum fighter that fight wouldnt be made:nono Arum wouldnt risk his big money maker losing. THe only way that fight would be made if they had the same promoter would be if both guys had beaten everyone else, both guys have unfinished buisness. Williams(Martinez) Pac(waiting on Mayweathe) I think Pac would retire before facing Williams. Not cause he is scared its just not a smarti fight to take buisness wise or stylistically.
