That was karceonas video, where freddie let oscar come into the ring with a fifth knuckle on his pads against mayweather yet when he came to face manny he had someone watch oscar do the wraps and altered mannys pads.

I'm unsure why anyone is surprised by this.

Roach is one of the biggest cheats in boxing. He's also admitted in the past that he knew James Toney was juicing, while he was training him but "couldn't care less" what he did in his own time.
