I think Rjj started losing mainly because of weight issues.

Knockout I get it now, when a fighter loses desire he becomes shot. And when a fighter moves to a new weight class he sometimes becomes bloated. Makes sense.

    Hi mate, great analysis!

I'm really not sure to be honest. I could see Joe beating him on points, but in a very close fight. I could see Tarver dropping him to be honest. I think Tarver would control the first half of the fight, but then I could see Joe turning it around in his favour for the second half, like he did with Kessler. The pre fight build up would have been fantastic too, and I think Tarver would have gotten under his skin, like he did with a lot of his opponents, most notably Roy. I think they'd both be fired up, and they'd end up in a macho tear up in the middle of the ring. I think it'd have been a really exciting fight.

What about Tarver vs DM? Haven't seen a lot of DM to be fair, so I can't make a strong case for either fighter.

    Regards, Loudon.

If a guy does not look all that great in his fights, it's because he aint all that great. Thats what I believe even after reading through all of Knockouts arguments. He can twist and turn all he wants, it aint working :D

Having zero self-worth, GIMPerial1 is actually happy about receiving the most severe and humiliating epic beatdown in esb history :lol::patsch.

    ??????
The did not look good at lhw argument

He didn't look good against opponents that spoiled, which is why he didnt look good against Starie, Thornberry, Bika and Salem at smw. At lhw Hopkins was spoiling hence he didn't look good

Against Jones he won by 11-1 rounds, so how on earth didnt he not look good at lhw?

    The blown up argument

Calzaghe was a 180+ lb guy who drained himself down to fight at smw, for the Hopkins bout he weighed in on fight night at 181 lbs (see round 4).
So how can he be bloated/blown up when he weighed the same he normally weighed?

The best version of Calzaghe was the version from Lacy to Jones

How many times does Realsoulja mention me when Im not logged on. I must be keeping that shot poster awake at night or got under his skin for him to keep bringing me up.
Still, he has had himself schooled and owned by KO Artist and Joe Boxer in my absense.
You think you are the most feared poster yet have mentioned me endlessly

And Hopkins refused to reveal how heavy he was, which Im sure was heavier, lets not forget Hopkins was only 3 lbs lighter on a weigh in on his debut than that. Let alone fight night :hi:

Where is the question. Bring it up.
I have apologised before that I may have missed a boring unnoticeable poster like yourself, but I will try not to do it twice and give even you a little of my valuable time, so if you want a great like myself to answer a question, put it up now and I will give you a few seconds before I move on to a more interesting question posed to me.

    The question?
