I think you should re-think your opinion. I'm sure if you do, you'll realize your OP is ridiculous.

 

I had the honor of getting the opportunity to work (construction) for the fiance of one of Roy's main sparring partners a couple weeks before the fight, and she was telling me that his camp and sparring (or more specifically a lefty sparring partner that could be anything like facing Calz) had been going terrible. It sounded two weeks before the fight like it was looking good for Joe.

He probably knew all along that his chin is a suspect, that is why he wouldn't want to risk it.

 

I would also add, that Hearns threw the fight and took a dive against Hagler.

 

I doubt Johnson would say that, Roy fought him exactly in the same manner, fought back in the 1st round and then went into his shell.

Zaghe was just too good for him on the night.

There is no shame losing to a better opponent.

One thing they have a mutal respect for each other because they know how good each of them are in the ring they didn ot take the pee out of each other.
