I've heard some rumors about this but what is the actual story and does it have any credibility?

Yes, after his fight with Richard Hall in 2000, Roy's T/E ratio test came back "five or six times over an acceptable level" and Hall's came back "about ten times an acceptable level" according to Jacob Hall of the Indiana State Athletic Commission. The T/E ratio tests were not followed up with CIR testing to determine the source of their abnormally high testosterone levels, so it isn't clear what they were taking, but it was assumed to be anabolic steroids. The commission couldn't do anything about it as there was no drug testing law in the state of Indiana at the time, but they did get Roy to agree to submit test results to them for his next two fights (one was in Louisiana and the other was in California). He did and both were clean.

Yes.But to me they all do PEDs so i dont hold it against him.
Thats the game.Only fools get caught.
I find it funny that some of his haters will come now blasting him and yet when you point out that some of the other fighters for exm. snorted coke after their career, they say yea but that was after the boxing.Like they never used it b4.Bull****.

It dont be like logical to be calling Roy a roider. Y'all musta forgot there was talk the whole testing for Hall-Jones was flawed. As it be standing there isnt any evidence to state he be like abusing. Just circumstantial ****. Ya dig?

Even if he did use them

    1. They were all doing it, because there is no drug testing worth the name in boxing

    2. He was still head and shoulders above everyone he ever faced, until he had to weight drain himself back down in weight, after embarassing Ruiz at HW to make history in boxing:yep

How does cocaine enhance your ability as a boxer? It dehydrates the muscles, and the comedowns prevent you from training. How is it in any way like using steroids?

Just imagine a guy like Tyson doing a massive rail up each nostril, completely numbing up his face and giving him about 15 minutes of insane energy.

(Please realize I'm being a little facetious here)
