Did September 11th bring more support for Hopkins leading up to the Trinidad fight?

I remember leading up to the fight B-Hop was saying after Tito, bin Laden was next..

It was interesting because B-Hop never came across as a Team USA guy in the past..
But I feel like a lot of people started supporting B-Hop last minute..
Personally , I never doubted for a second that B-Hop would dominate that fight and take Tito into deep waters

I'm glad Hopkins beat that infidel Trinidad.

Who knows what would've happened to the great USA if he didn't.

    A true hero.

Felix Trinidad isn't from Trinidad? What's next? Are you going to be claiming that Ernesto Espana is from Venezuela not Spain, that Iran Barkey was born in the Bronx not Tehran, and Brian London was born in West Hartlepool?!?!?!?
