Did someone already post about Froch possibly dropping out of Super 6?

I had never seen Froch fight before he fought Kessler. I became a fan after the way he manned up in the post fight interview. His boxing style bothers me but his effectiveness as a counter puncher was impressive. I had him winning the fight by a point. I think he would struggle against the American fighters though.

He does not want to go to sleep against AA. He thought he would get a gift against Kessler like he did against Dirrell at home. Let the glorified club fighter leave to protect his record like Calzaghe would have

    Froch didn't man-up in the post-fight interview.

He gave credit, but he also bitched.

Clue: He would have gotten the result in Nottingham. There was no way he would have won that night. etc.

    That's called bitching, not manning-up.

If the fight isn't in the UK, as promised, I wouldn't blame the guy, and I'm not even a Froch fan.

    How could anyone blame him?

So you're saying Hennessy and Froch and just making this up and publicising it?

I suggest reading the front page and letting this sad-ass thread die.

I suggest that you not judge the validity of this thread based upon your discourse with other boxing fans who have an opposing view. :yep

froch has to accept he got beaten and move on when watchin the fight it annoyed me so much i wasnt supportin froch but to see someone with so many opporunities to take the fight to the other guy just by throwing some combinations but instead just smiled and threw a few jabs was so frustratin you can see the potential in him hes just gotta change his style

I think everyone expected Froch to shout he was robbed no matter how thoroughly he was beaten because of his EXTREME self-belief.

So when he said "it could have gone either way etc." this was more than many expected. It was also obvious that he really didn't feel he hed won when the fight was over - it was all over his body language.

Anyway - both fighter were gentlemen in this fight. Great propaganda for the sport.
