So is the fight at 150 or 151? Last I heard it was at 151, not 149 or 150.:think

Like Floyd Sr who has been DLH trainer for years, right? or Roger with the whole Xylocaine situation for Floyd Jr's hands. Fight game ain't always pretty but these kinds of situations aren't serious. Tito's warps were in questions, DLH's were as well but they weren't as serious as what Marg was accused of. It's more MENTAL warfare than anything else.

wtf are the haters on about here with oscar? where they not around at that time? do they not remember talks of oscar having more fights at WW, namely against ricky hatton?

pac didnt make oscar do ****, they both wanted it at 147. the only pac did was beat up a man who was clearly shot and consequently retired.

he might not get much credit for the win, but pre-fight he did fuk all wrong.

Him being the idiot that he is he probably thinks that the fairest thing to do would be for Pac to move up three divisions to fight Oscar instead of Oscar moving down one division and Pac moving up two.

With this type of thing it almost seems like there should be a public wrapping of the hands, with the material and gloves supplied and overseen by the governing body. Fighter doesn't like a certain type of tape, well tough titty. Its about fighter safety.

As for weigh in and contracts requiring fighters to come in under a certain weight, it seems fine so long as it isn't for a title fight, which by default has a specified weight parameters. Still, it does seem pretty nit picky, and just shady to ask a fighter to keep dropping weight the closer the fight gets.

Everyone here was calling Oscar a maricon and a cherrypicker for picking on a fighter three divisions smaller instead of fighting Margo who at the time was the top welter in the world after beating Cotto then the fight happened and Oscar gets his ass kicked and looks like an old man and all of a sudden some idiots think that Pac somehow made the biggest draw in boxing cave to his demands as if that was possible.

i agree. pre-fight oscar was a fairly big favourite, and his previous fight was at 151 i believe. his plan was to fight a couple more times at WW. probably hatton then floyd again. pac was not the man in the driving seat for this fight. if he was do people really think he'd have jumped up to WW?

17 weight divisions aren't enough. As someone said this fight should have been at welterweight. No Super welter weight title on the line.
