Johnson got into the right with Vitali and could not do anything because Vitali kept busy throwing punches. That's why happens in many fights.

Over 1,000 punches. Vitali can go 12 rounds without any problem.

I don't think that's been updated since at least Maskaev's first round loss, has it?

Atlas is currently training Povetkin so he'll have the opportunity to vicariously defeat at least one Klitschko. Truthfully, Atlas has done some interesting things with Povetkin's skills, he's got Povetkin punching harder and focusing with a left hook to the body. Good idea because there's no way Povetkin could beat Vladimir K. at his own game, which was pretty close to Povetkin's established style, jab and footwork. I guess Povetkin is hoping a little bit of Mike Tyson will somehow rub off on him.

Speaking of bodyshots, Vitali landed a handful of solid right hands to Johnson's ribs. Too bad he didn't seriously pursue them more. I know body punches aren't necessarily a good idea for a tall fighter, but he as steadily as he was touching Johnson's face, he could have land more body shots.

Deano, if you've got to go Calzaghe on someone, you go Calzaghe on someone.
