Did The Brits Really demand Harrison v Haye?

    When this fight was being made all I kept hearing was this was the fight all the Brits wanted to see, are the Brits really that goofy to want this fight?

    I'm just saying even David Haye said he was getting email about Audley please say this is a lie, it's getting harder to believe you guys invented this sport!!

    boxing fans didnt, the public did i guess, the people who wont watch another fight for the next year or two, the real fans are left thinking 'we waited like 7 months for that ****'

    nobody in the world wanted to see this fight lol, harrison got beat by martin ****in rogan and was getting demolished (again) by sprott before landing a good shot in the 12th.

    harrison has been irrelivent since his second year as a pro. the only reason he was hyped was the olympic gold medal he won over a decade ago. except hes scared to actually fight so he was **** as a pro.

    no complete bull****, sky, haye and harrison wanted you to believe that but its complete bull****. however they sold / promoted the fight well and it will have sold well amongst people who know **** all about boxing.

    it was a joke, you have one chance last chance in boxing, you would think he would at least throw some bombs in desperation....instead we got a lampost.

    Are you crazy? No. I can't say for sure Haye didn't get emails about fighting Harrison from casual fans, but then, knowing armchair boxing fans, he's probably had emails about fighting Hatton before.

    These same forums were full of british people supporting the fight. They even said they would pay for it etc. They paid, they showed up they put on a great prefight show and then..

    They realized that Audley was a total bum and an embarrassment to the sport. I am not sure who got owned more tonight, the british fans or audley.
