No the draw was legit Pacquiao faded down the stretch and lost the last 3 rounds on all 3 judges scorecards which cost him the win. Do I wish Pacquiao would've been given the edge in a close fight ? Yes. But if you're looking at the fight objectively and forgetting Pacquiao's name value the draw was fine.
Really surprised a lot of people. Being out all that time, especially at the lower weight s, it's normally a killer. So for Manny to do that... crazy.
