    But it´s not a sudden drop off. It´s years of inactivity and now a 16 month stretch. No fighter will train with the same intensity during their downtime as they train during a camp.
    Ring rust is also a thing. Promoters say it, managers say it, trainers say it an boxers admit to it.

    Lopez beats any version of Taylor. The one from the Ramirez title fight and the one from the Prograis match. Whatever you believe Taylor had before wouldn't change the result.

    Lopez has already proved his worth against Lomachenko. Disregarding his mental health, on a good night he is up there with the best and posesses astonishing natural talent. He was simply underestimated again.

    I wonder how the Catterall loss affected him mentally, and yes, it was a loss every knows it so did Taylor. When the tide started turning after the first 3 or 4 rounds he seemed to strangely acquiesce to what was happening.
