Just a random thought, I feel like there's certain fighters that didn't necessarily need to stack the deck in their favor or do PEDs because they were simply THAT talented and athletic. For example, I don't think SRL or Mayweather needed to stack the deck in their careers considering both were ATG talents. Name a few fighters who you believe fit this belief.
