    The count wasn't long.
Watch it with the count down clock in the corner. The count of 1 would be at 2:24. When Fury gets completely up it is 2:15 which is 9 seconds. Close but beat the count.

That video starts the second Fury hits the mat, but in reality one on the refs count doesn't start at that exact split second.
The ref has to see the opponent to the neutral corner. Either way Fury was standing even on that video.

Watch the full fight and as said above, the count starts at 24 and he is up and ready at 15

look at Holyfield/Bowe 3. You could argue that Holyfield took the same time to get up and then asked how he felt and then asked to walk forward.

    Go to 35:30

Well he did make it cos he was up before 10 as per the rules. Disgruntled LDBC can push this narrative all they want but Fury was following the count..

Let go of your anger, twill be OK. Wilders KO streak & win streak ended. Embrace it.

I thought you start the count one second after a boxer hits the canvas and the fighter goes to his corner. Also it's a ten count not a ten second count. LoL

Most Donkey fans can't even count to 10 and even those of them that can need assistance to make it to 20.

This is why i dislike Wilder.

He is a good fighter ( if not a good boxer).

But he could be way more popular if he didn't insist on acting like a tool like this most of the time.

    Clearly edited video.
They just trying to create doubt, and dilute internet searches with false stories.

Fury got to his feet before the ten count, then the ref has a duty of care to make sure the fighter can continue.

Wilder got extra time against Ortiz to get his invisable cuts looked at.

Fury’s didn’t get any extra time, Wilder did.

Like many have said before its a 10 count not a 10 second count.. If it was a 8 count Fury would have got up at 8 he was using all the count to get up..

Wilder proves again what a moron he is...

Yes. The ref did not reach the count of 10, ergo, Fury beat the count.

I see nothing wrong with the count. The ref decided not to wave off and started the count at the right time when Fury banged on the mat and Fury was up before his count reached 10, which I have at 11 to 12 seconds if I time it (with the twitter clip on page 2). Pretty darn good time feel by the ref imo.

    Yes, 100%

It doesn't matter if the referee walked to one corner, had a little conversation, strolled back, went and got a towel to wipe his forehead and then started his count..

Fury's only requirement is to be on his feet by the count of 10 and then the referee makes a decision to either stop the fight or allow it to continue.

The referee was counting, Fury made it upright before the referee reached ten, and then the referee made the decision to allow him to continue.

This isn't even a debate in my head, Fury beat the count the referee was making, all this "when his back hit the floor.." means absolutely nothing.

Fury reacted to a count that was being given and stood up so therefore he beat the count.
