Did Tyson Fury have Wlad's number or he beat him simply because he was outta of his prime?

It was weird because Wlad's movement in the actual fight was very good he just wasn't throwing enough. It's not like he was completely shot. He definitely didn't know to deal with Fury's constant herky jerky style movement and I also think mentally Fury showed him no respect in the build up and had a type of aura and confidence Wlad hadn't seen in ages.

I remember the fight well frustrating to watch. It took him Wlad till R12 to realize he needed to take some risks and throw caution to the wind.

I think that in what you wrote there is already the answer to the question you ask. Fury had a bad style for Klitschko, then each match is a story in itself but I think that Fury could have beaten even the prime Wladimir.

Fury is a really strong boxer, who has collected less than what he could in his career, this is due to his character limits and his psychopathology in my opinion.

Wlad did well enough against Fury where I think people would expect early 2010s Wlad to win. Same with AJ. He lost those fights but didn't get surpassed.

Not that Fury wouldn't be a tough fight for him or tougher then anyone else. When one was as dominant as Wlad was against his best title opponents saying "Fury would be prime Wlads toughest test" doesn't really mean much. The main feature of Wlads resume is dominating his best opponents like they were routine title defenses. Fury just needs to win like 3 rounds to be considered prime Wlads toughest test. Again same with AJ.

    Definitely a mix of both.
He got an ageing champ, but had a chance of beating the young version.

I have been thinking this over. I am going to say that prime Wladimir Klitschko beats prime Tyson Fury two out of three times, and all of the fights are fairly close.

if Fury fought regularly and 'Whom & When' he should have been fighting throughout the years, he wouldn't even have been a champion...

he is the most pathetic & overated Fighter in history and not just in his own S-HW division.

Prime Fury would always be a challenge for Wlad, but prime version of Klitschko with Steward in his corner beats him.

That chin on Fury vs. a young Wlad that would let his hands go?
