Did Usyk's resume get better or worse ?

I'm conflicted about this. Do Usyk's wins over AJ age badly enough for his HW resume to worsen given how easily he was beaten, or is Joshua still a top tier HW and it just so happens that Dubois is an actual monster, which enhances Usyk's standing even more ?

Usyk beat both these guys so his resume is un-phased.

This version of AJ isn't as good as what he was 4 years ago. So the win aged very well.

I hope people realize that while heavyweights generally don't age as fast as lighter guys, 4 years is a LOONG time. Think of the Ali of the Foreman fight and compare him to the Ali that lost to Neon Leon Spinks.

Dubois is a very good fighter so i think Usyk's legacy is enhanced. He beat a better version of Joshua than Dubois did.

Better because he beat DD who pretty much cleared the top 10

    DD beat Joshua, Hrgovich, Miller

It reaffirms that the current era is basically just the previous era but w/o a daddy Klitschko to put the children to bed.

I’m not sure how tonight’s result changes anything for Usyk’s resume as he schooled Joshua twice and knocked Dubois out. He is still the top dog in the division, it’s just that it’s like musical chairs behind him for second place.

Do you think this version of Dubois improved more than Joshua declined since their respective fights with Usyk ?

By my books it was a legit knockdown which they didn't make Usyk get up from...

Usyk is always playing with fire messing around with these giants. The fact he's taken punches from them is a testament to his toughness given his size disadvantage.

Nah. It takes a hit. AJ looked horrendous. That's his second best win. He was exalted for those wins. And Usyk got away with some BS with Dubois.

He is better then them, but Usyk did not drop AJ for 24 rounds, which make him a little weaker now.

Some of you seem to misunderstand. I'm not saying Usyk is not the top Heavyweight in the world anymore, that is 100% without question. I mean it in more of an all time sense, and in comparison to himself.

Will Usyk rank higher all time at HW after tonight, or will he rank lower ?

I think Joshua has declined more than Dubois has improved. Even though Dubois has improved loads.

Truth is Joshua hasn't been tested since Usyk 2. He fought mediocre fighters to try and get his confidence back. He hasn't had a legit win over a top heavyweight since Ruiz 2. The 2 losses to Usyk really dented his confidence and while he looked to have gotten it back since, it was a false illusion due to the low quality opponents he was fighting.

I will take the Joshua from the first Usyk fight to beat this version of Dubois.

Usyk is benifiting from a s..t era

I think he ranks about the same.

Most fans do not consider Usyk to be an all time top 10 heavyweight. I am a huge Usyk fan and even i don't regard him as an all time top 10 heavy since he has only has 6 fights there.

So this has no major impact on his legacy.

Yet Dubois was seen at the time as a joke of a fight.
