Did Vic Darchinyan achieve a record?

    Vic demolition of Mijares was voted 2008 KO of the year by WBC whereas the year before, he also figured in KO of the year although in the losing end against Donaire. Isn't it a record? What do you think?

    Who cares what the WBC says. His win over Mijares wasn't even a real knockout, and isn't even on the map for knockout of the year.

    but the fight with Donaire had nothing to do with the WBC, it was for the IBF title and it was named KO of the year by Ring magazine not the WBC.
