Did we all forget the Joe vs Bika fight?

hopkins made 20 defences at middleweight. hops also fought his share of subpar guys along the way until the big name welterweights moved up.

21st defence he boxed a young up and comer a little like calzaghe did with kessler.

hopkins lost and lost again.

calzaghe won. :yep

who's the daddy.

both made 20 defences and held the title for 10 yrs as well.

Ive said this, you can't critize Calzaghes defenses but not Hopkins.

Taylor?Admittingly,he is a great fighter,but he is an middle weight,and was stopped his last fight.
Winky? Haha! A big name,eh! He is hardly known outside the USA.
Hopkins? That old geezer wouldnt last the distance with the Brit.

Bika? Yep! You are right.Joe didnt look great against him,and neither did he look very convincing against Salem or Reid.
Anyway! He beat them all,and even a great champ like Joe is a human being who has an off night now and then.
