    For comparison Joshua earned..

    Vs Wlad $20mil
    Vs Molina $2.7mil
    Vs Breazeale $2mil
Vs Whyte $4-6mil (Hearn claims it was 4x what Wilder was paid vs Duhaupas)

Whyte offered him 4.5 million this is twice as much as Wilder's ever earned.

Good point. Forgot about that. Make that a Joshua payday instead.

He signed the contract. Getting sick of people continuously trying to blame Wilder for other fighters being stupid.

I do wonder that even if all these conspirices were true just how much of it could be blamed on Deontay himself. Cuz i honestly think he fully believes everything he says in interviews and his own little cellphone rants. He wants all these fights and wants all those belts and has full faith in himself to do it.

His team and his promoter is a very different story. If i were to believe these conspiricies to be true then i would blame those people and i would also blame the WBC for all the dodgy goings on. It would be those people that are constantly in his ear talking him into walking away from the likes of Povetkin and Ortiz, accepting sub par opposition and making sure they somehow get ranked where they do.

Ive always seen Deontay Wilder to be similar to Skrappy Doo. That little annoying dog wanted to take on all kinds of things, but luckily for him Scooby and Shaggy were able to hold him back and keep him safe cuz they knew he was just a little dog and would get crushed.

No, he signed the contract hoping that Ortiz would get popped leaving him with a date, in a city in which he can't draw flies and no opponent.

Wilder wanted to face him, but only because he figured Ortiz would be too old to pull the trigger. Had he ended up fighting Ortiz he would have been very careful with him anyway.

How is it that Ortiz can get popped for PEDs and Wilder takes the blame for it?

Conspiracy? How about Ortiz disclose in the VADA disclosure section that says, "MEDICATION" that he's taking...medication. Or did Wilder somehow remove that page from Ortiz's living room?

Wilder is delighted that Ortiz is on heart medication so he can duck a potential landmine and line up another fringe can. His Joshua cash out remains on track.

Doesn't matter if he did or didn't. It's the same as the Povetkin situation. Ultimately Ortiz got popped for banned substances. He has no one to blame but himself.

I was surprised they chose NYC, on the same that UFC has a big card at MSG. Why didnt they chose Vegas or LA ? Weird
