I've seen a few members make this remark directly, and in so many words.

i think wlad didnt really want the fight. haye confronted him but wlad didnt seem interested although he knows haye is more of a threat than rahman, thompson, ibragimov.. list goes on.
at least big brother stepped up to save younger brother.

The deal for Vitali/David was made AFTER the Rahman fight.

Wlad was chickening out when he was giving it the whole "Who is David Haye" bull**** before Vit even fought Sam Peter.

I'm not a fan of either guy, I'm not even a fan of the Heavyweights, but in my mind there's very little question. Wladimir chickened out of a direct challenge, and knowingly allowed his big brother to step in and protect him.

Well think of this= If history repeats itself, and Haye loses to Vitali, he'l beat Wlad next..IF Haye BEATS Vitali, then he can just avoid Wlad, and peeve them off.because..If he beats Vitaly, he'l lose to Wlad:hey

Wlad would starch the shaky-chined Haye just like Vitali will. Heck, any HW with a decent punch would shatter that glass.

You picked Barrett to expose Hayes shaky chin and look what happened, ****** :deal

I think we can disregard your opinion on this subject.

True, Vitaly is clearly the rougher of them. I actually think David would have a fair chance against Wlad. Wlad has also admitted that Vitaly is the better of them. I think David's brash attitude made Vitaly stand in front as the big brother and tell Wlad "he is mine!". Had David not been so agressive he might not have caused the big brother to stand up.

And if Haye beats both of them, I look for Papa Klitschko to go after him.

Its like stirring up a hornet's nest.........you mess with one of them, you've got them ALL after you.

no,i dont think Vlad chickened out.Vlad dosnt fear anyone. Why would he with the offensive arsenal he posseses.it had more to do with the intensity of Vitali.i think Vitali is seriously pissed of at Haye and wants to smash him up like no mans business.hes obviously seen the videos of the confrontation with Vlad and has become increasingly offended at Hayes demeaner. The picture of Haye holding Vlads head seems to have pushed him into overdrive. You can see Vitali takes things a little more personally than younger brother.with all these factors taken into acount i feel he forced the more amiable easy going brother aside.I can also sense that Vitali sees Haye as some sort of replacement for Lewis.
