Did you become a fight fan due a particular fighter?

Evander Holyfield and specifically the Dokes fight.

I was a casual fan for about 10 years prior to that. But, that fight changed me into a fanatic.

 

Tyson no doubt for me. Even though I was too young when he was in his prime (err I was born in 86'). When I lived in Colombia I got, out of curiosity, 2 DVDs (actually they were CDs but you get the point) with all of his fights.

I've pretty much always watched boxing.

Must have come from my dad, remember watching fights with him when I was pretty young, and we still watch fights together now.

Hagler was probably the first fighter that really got me fired up about boxing though.
