Well, Cortez seemed to dance to Mayweathers tune.NOT to say the outcome was going to be any different, floyd will still beat him but Cortez seemed to harrass Hatton in that fight.I wonder why.

Yeah, I thought it was a good fight. A bit of holding but it was nice to see Hatton back to his relentless best.

I enjoyed the fight, but watching it yesterday it became clear that Hatton has lost that aura of invincibility he had in himself before the KO loss to Mayweather, and I think his chin has been softened a bit due to the loss. He looked like **** yesterday and was getting caught with punches he had no bsiness getting hit with, and was also stunned on numerous occasions and even wobbled later in the fight. Also, I thought the referee was terrible in this fight, and that the decision was even worse... I had the fight a draw and a win for Lazcano would not have been unjust. But the scores given by the judges are a ****en disgrace, the guy who gave Hatton every round ought to be hung, you just know that he had his scorecard filled out before the fight even began.

A good wee scrap. I didn't have to pay for it, plus it wasn't one-sided and there was plenty of action. After the Malignaggi fight, it was good to get a break from comedy and get some real brawling.

Hatton got the kind of tough opponent he needed to regain some confidence while still giving his home crowd an entertaining and successful show. Lazcano deserves credit for giving it his all and will likely fondly remember the fact that he was competitive and went the distance with a fighter of Hatton's calibre, so everyone's happy.

I enjoyed the whole package but not the Hatton fight. I thought that Paulie was the show stealer with his hair incident

normally Hatton stinks the joint out with all the holding and wrestling, this one was one of the least boring to be fair.

I always enjoy boxing but I'm glad I watched this fight. I learned a little about the fighters with an interesting matchup coming up. Diehards delight.

Yeah the fight coulda been better but I didn't even care where the remote was. Plus I think the hair subplot actually worked with the casual boxing fans. Diehards cringe.

Glad you enjoyed it, and that coming from a guy who doesn't like the fighter at all - I think that's fair.

    Yes 90 - 78.26%

    No 25 - 21.74%

...and the they say his fights are boring.
