Stfu ****** , *****, you are so ****ing ******ed. Go **** your own mom again, that's the only way you can lose your virginity.

Keep telling yourself you look like 'chavez jr' with that girl back of yours.

I'm trying to find that thread where you showed off your 'boxer's back'

to people and everyone asked if 'that was a girl'

dude you have a ***** back, a ***** heart, and the most homosexual skipping rope technique I ever seen.

Hagler will literally physically glass you even now at his age.

    :hi:

I'm going to put you on ignore so I can no longer read what you say.

I need to start linking your 'back thread' and 'jump rope' videos'
The funniest thing is when people said you look like a homosexual jumping rope

your only defense is 'WELL POST A VIDEO OF YOU JUMPING ROPE TO PROVE you look better'

    lmao.

Like anybody over the age of 12 will video themselves jumping rope

I never, ever thought I'd find myself sticking up for Hagler with regards to the fight with Ray,but we're talking about, for me,probably the toughest boxer I ever saw.I've always praised Ray's mindgames, but for someone with a personality as complex as MMH,it must have been tough to handle.I've got a world of respect for Marvin going out when he did,and one of your real gripes seems to be ATG's {correctly} going out at the right time.I admit I'm fairly close to being a nuthugger when it comes to Ray,but MMH is easily in my top 10 and I think he's almost immune (as far as deserving it) from criticism.I'll always say Ray won but the reality is,he knew he probably wouldn't win a rematch.Where else could Marvin go without exorcising that ghost?:huh
With regard to giving props after the fight, what did you think of Morales behaviour at the end of the rubber match with Barrera?

At the end of his career,Hagler was fighting once a year. That's it.It his 2nd to last bout,he fought highly rated puncher John Mugabi, who was considered a monster in that era up to the Hagler fight due to his perfect ko record, even though Hagler subsequently ruined him.Hagler retired in 87.To claim that he ducked any of the aforementioned fighters would simply be incorrect especially because there is not one iota of evidence to suggest that. But hey, this is an open forum so rock on........

I don't really think so. . . I think he initially quit because he couldn't handle getting beat, and his pride got the best of him (mental midgetry). . .

Now, in hindsight, I'm sure he says he felt like he was declining by the fight, etc., etc. .

But at the time, I don't think so. . .

But hey, this is my opinion, and that's yours. . . :good

yeah, except, hagler has made his sentiments clear, and i'm just echoing them, so what I said is fact. I like you man, but you have zero concrete basis for your hagler claims. saying things like, "I know deep down..." and so on, are moot. you're not in this guy's mind, nor do you know him personally enough to make such claims...

    unless you, do?:scaredas:

Well, Hagler "retiring" is completely irrelevant. . . It's HOW he retired. He "QUIT." The way he went out was childish. . . He didn't say (even like Lewis did): "I don't feel like I can compete at my prime anymore, so I'm going to retire." No, rather he said, "I'm tired of this ****. . **** this, I'm goign home"! Now years, and decades later, sure, he probably has a different take on it (but still won't admit Leonard won, and he wasn't "robbed"). He's not immune from criticism in my book - no boxers are. But like I have been saying over, and over - this criticism form me does not take away in hte least from his ATG-ness. . . And career accomplishments.

Morales has always been a sort of rude, and in possession of too much pride, and ego. . . I can point to numerous examples in his career of less than gentlemanly/champion like behavior. . . He was worse than Hagler with the accumulation of some of his antics. He refused to give my fellow lawyer, MAB, his due credit. . .

No, it's not fact. . It's fact that's what he says, but that doesn't make it a fact.

Umm, doesn't Bradley believe he beat Pacquiao? Doesn't he say he baet him? Does that make it so?

How many boxers have said things? Does that make it true?

The way I saw it go down, Hagler had some mental midgetry, and quit. . . cause he couldn't deal with the L that got handed to him by a guy he was trash talking, and came up from WW after 3 years off to beat him.

that bradley comparison isn't a good one, simply put. I saw bradley vs. pacquiao. it's a fact that he believes he beat pacquiao, but he did not beat pacquiao. I cannot see marvin hagler's thought processes, so i'm taking his word for it, and considering his achievements, toughness and overall stoicism, i'll take his word for it over yours. sorry, but that's the right way to go in my eyes.

mental midgetry? quit? I don't associate any of those descriptions with marvin hagler and you shouldn't either simply because, as i stated before, you have no conrete basis. you're inventing these attributes, groundlessly I might add.

He quit the sport, not because he believed he wasn't "primed," or because he "genuinely wanted to hang 'em up," but rather, because he couldn't deal mentally with the loss to Leonard. . .

I'll base my opinion on what went down initially after the loss, not what he says decades later. . .

I don't know how many times I have to say it: IT DOES NOT detract from his achievements, and accomplishments. . . In hindsight, yes, it probably was best that he "retired," and never fought again, because he could have messed up his legacy. . . He has one of the best legacies in tact, and pretty much untainted (getting beat by a top 3-5 ATG is no taint). But at the time, he did not retire for "the right reasons." He retied because he had a mental-midget breakdown, and couldn't handle getting beat by a smaller guy he had been slagging off, etc.

It was something about Leonard who had the ability to give boxer's mental midget breakdowns. . He didn it to two of the strongest willed warriors of all time: Duran, and Hagler. . .
