Listening to all this bull**** about Hagler taking his ball and going home and quitting when he lost. I thought members of a boxing forum would have actual knowledge on what they are posting.

He CHASED Leonard for more than a year and when Ray wanted none of it, he announced his retirement.
Ray was smart to stay away from a pissed off Hagler.

"Hagler talked mad **** for years"?Dunno how old you are and what you heard,but actually Leonard was the one teasing everyone about a proposed Hagler-Leonard fight for years.Hagler was the one that kept going about his business.As far as the other issue,you need to answer something:are you sticking to your earlier claim that Hagler was prime when they fought?Answer the question please.

So you must be talking about one of the fabuylous four, Duran who was a natural LW but beat SRL at WW and Davey Moore at SWW, Heans who was a WW and beat Benitez as SWW and Duran, and SRL who was his last opponent and was coming from a FIVE YEAR LAYOFF! So I don't understand, r you talkin about Mugabi, about Hamcho who beat Benitez, r you talkin about going to the UK to stop Minter in 3 or r u talkin about strugglin with Vito in their first match which was a draw?
