Did you lose respect for Hopkins?

    i had a similar fall in may and i still get and feel pain i my shoulder

    lets see what the doctors say

    hes not a "real steel" boxer you know he's a 46 yr old man that landed shoulder/elbow first ...

    He has spent his career fighting dirty, cheating. So it was just normal Hopkins tonight.

    That's why I give him slight leeway. It looked like he messed up his rotator cuff and I've had a bad rotator cuff for the longest (healed now) and a fall like that would mess it up even if you don't land directly on it.
    Now it shouldn't have messed him up that bad, but he's 46 so w/e

    He thought he was going to get an easy pay day, keep the title and get a no contest. Hopkins is a con man and it backfired on him, not that Chad isn't slightly responsible.

    Was never really a big fan of his, but I did respect his accomplishments in the ring. I definitely lost a lot of respect for him tonight though.

    He was losing the fight bad, then he just quit.

    What did you expect, Off the top of my head I can recall -
    1. Hopkins not being able to continue against R Allen for a NC
    2. Hopkins lying on the floor for a while against A Echoles
    3. Hopkins trying to fake injury to get time out against J Calzaghe
    4. Hopkins lying on the floor pretending Jones Jnrs punch was behind the head.

    Now we have a similar scenario with Dawson
