Wow, Pacquiao's right hand is not yet wrapped in that picture, but his left hand is full wrapped, and you could see the ridges that Garcia protested about to the commision.......

Garcia had good grounds to protest to, as he stated to the commisioner, "when wrapped Margarito, the inspector told me the fist area had to be full flat with no ridges. You can clearly see and feel the ridges on Pacquiao's fist."

Roach protested when DLH wrapped like that for Pacquiao, but no Roach is having Pacquiao do exactly the same thing.
According to Freddie Roach, those ridges are more likely to cut a fighter.


Its happened now so its too bad......my beef with it however is that Garcia was instructed by the inspector that was supervising Margarito, "No ridges"......and yet a different inspector, because each camp is supervised by different inspectors.....those inspectors let it go and deemed those ridges fine with Pacquiao.

 

I think irony was in them. Other than that, I doubt there was anything actually illegal.

 

this is what I am saying and get this the left hand is finalized, it is completly wrapped that is after having tape over the final layer of gauze, the left hand was done first the right hand was finished second and looking at the left hand it lets you know that after the layer of gauze that is being placed on the right hand a final layer of tape will go over that...

Meaning he has stacked wraps the left hand right now as it is shows tape with black logos on it if you look at it close enough you will see, the picture shows manny putting another layer of gauze, and the left hand that is finished shows you the finished wrap with a final layer of tape but this tape doesnt have the black logo on it as the tape on the skin and stacked in the middle does...

i think Garcia had more a problem witht he ridges between the knuckles not the whole wrapping......i think.

Garcia complained that he saw inserts placed in Pac's wraps and wanted them re-wrapped or that there wont be a fight, but the corrupt Texas commission said that the fight will go on regardless, and that Pac wont have to re-wrap.

This was already planned in advance by the corrupt Oscar DelaHoya.
Thats why they had singers/entertainers right before the fight, because Oscar knew that Team Margarito was gonna complain about Pac's illegal wraps, so he "bought time" with the singers.
