when a fighter lose to a mexicans people come with issues and the mexicans say they are making excuse but, yet you guys do the same, hypocrites.

 

guaze over the tape takes away the hardness of the tape. soft material over the hard material. if the tape was over the guaze it will be hard. use common sense.

 

Tony lost the fight I aint making excuses, but I am pointing out something that isnt right neither, like I said if you watch the video above your previous post and listen to what Roach describes as illegal then look at Mannys wraps there you have it.

 

look at the pictures, first you see tape, then gauze then tape again and gauze being rolled over, and the final product is the final layer of tape, making it three layers of gauze and tape which can compact the wrap tight enough in which it feels like a cast.

Dont try to down play it, that is what they call stacking, and its illegal for that reason you can make a cast like wrap doing that.

 

Tito used Tape on the skin in NY thats illegal but you may be allowed to do that in other states rather than having to use whats called pre wrap.
However you can not layer tape then gauze then tape then gauze again then tape to finalize the wrap thats whats illegal.
Had he just used Tape on the skin then gauze, and finished with tape that would be legal but he used three layers each stacking the wrap.

Oscar and Margarito had the same wraps against Pac that Pac had against Margo, but Pac didn't have those wraps against Oscar.

 

regardless of the wrap, if tony had a better defence he could have won the fight, but this mexican machismo is stupid, you should always have a good defence regardless if you can take a punch. He has no one to blame but, himself.

 

noone really understands what was the issue that Garcia was complaining about which is surprising cause it's not complicated.

Between the fighters knuckles, there is a piece of rolled up tape. Margarito had it, and Pacquiao had it. Garcia was saying that Pacquiao's rolled up tape was wider than Margarito's.


It's true that in the Oscar fight, Roach complained about Oscar having rolled up tape between his knuckles (Pac probably didn't have any). The commission told Roach that Oscar was allowed to use it.

 

I dont expect many to actually try to listen what he was saying, But here is what he stated, they had both agreed that when you roll the tape inbetween the fingers there should be NO ridges on the knuckles which can cause a fighter to cut.
Margaritos knuckle pad was flat, Mannys looked like MMA gloves.

 

Roach said his complaint regarding the wraps were the ridges and rather than having him use one inch or one and a half ince tape rolled up they agreed to half inch so that the rope didnt stand up that high off the knuckles.

Some people dont get it, Margarito lost I know that, would the wraps made a difference? who knows one thing is for sure Tony has a broken eye socket against the smallest opponent he has ever faced.
