Did you notice lomachenkos face expression during the fight

I was very surprised to see people acting like it was a balance shot.

He got hit flush walking into the straight right. No reason to go down other than his legs gave out.

He recovered quickly, but no doubt (to me, at least) that shot hurt him.

 

Of course he didn’t. He looked like that before the fight as well. He injured his shoulder in the second round, and he was knocked down. He was probably just unhappy with aspects of his performance, and tired after a tough fight against a guy 15 pounds heavier. He knew it was going to be his toughest fight.

 

Really, so you’ve never watched Floyd? Augustus landed combinations and bloodied Floyd. Is he better than Linares?
There’s also a big difference between a guy who is aggressive and coming forward (Lomachenko) and a guy who potshots and runs away from the likes Baldomir (Floyd). Had Floyd won three titles in three different weight classes and been deemed the pound for pound champ after 12 fights? Look at Floyd’s stoppage percentage at world level compared to Lomachenko. It’s obvious who the better boxer and puncher is.

 

What Lomachenko did was a miracle!!!!!!! In his 12th fight! Lomachenko was serious because he is always learning, he made a mistake and learned from it. The knock down was a flash knockdown, Lomachenko was not hurt at all, but he proved he had a rock chin!!!!!!!
