Manny steward is a great trainer and he was giving Wlad some excellent advice all night. From Round 5-6 onwards, he was really blasting Vlad for not throwing more punches and going for the KO, he said that the fight was turning into another Ibragimov, after round 11 Wlad snapped back "manny relax im trying" I was suprised by this because Lennox never snapped back at Steward, and props to Wlad for getting the KO but I just sensed Wlad was annoyed by Steward tonight, he kept leaving the corner about 10 seconds early, probably because he didnt want to hear more criticism from Manny. Thoughts?

I don't think it was a big deal. Sometimes u get pissed off at ur coaches. Wlad was probably just a little irritated. Its all good now.

That's what I loved about Lewis. He was cool, calm, and collected at all times. When Steward got in his grill about getting Tyson out of there, Lennox just sat there like "Yeah, whatever" but he was never flustered by Manny's pleading with him to do things.

Emmanuel Steward likes to make a fuss for the camera.

The problem with Steward's advice to Wlad is that Wlad knows his body better.

......Steward gave the same advice to Wlad in his first fight with Brewster.
At Steward's pleading, Wlad went for the KO against Brewster......punched himself out, and ended up getting getting stopped by Brewster.

The experience that Wlad had against Brewster is the reason why he will never be a fighter that actively seeks to destroy and gets quick KO's.

This mindset by Wlad is making it hard for the fans to watch, but with the alternative being punching himself out and then having his less than stellar chin touched, I cant say that I blame him.

Wlad snapping back at Manny is bigger news than Wlad poking to defeat yet another crap american heavyweight.....

Wlad seemed angry all night,he just looked pissed off.A few people comment about it whilst we watched the fight. He was ok at the end so i put it down to the massive hype job that had gone on.The Klitchko show etc,he was under some pressure. Both brothers are good but Vittali copes better when under pressure to deliver a ko against a guy he should beat easy.Wlad was in with a guy who had gone into survival mode,Manny knew if Wlad let him have a few rights it would be over but Wlad could not get the time right cos of Eddie being so negative.Wlad was pissed off cos Manny was not really helping.

Wladimir always leaves the corner a little early. He does it as to show his opponent that he is still fresh.

Stewart was right and thinking big picture. Too many times we see Wladimir have an opponent dead on his feet and he doesn't take them out. Stewart knows that is Wladimir wants to be mentioned with some of the ATGs he has to knock out these smaller men.

I thought this fight was better than it is getting talked about and I am one who does think Wladimir can be a little boring. Chambers was giving it his best the first 6 rounds but eventually went into survival mode. Wladimir controlled the distance and even when Eddie was getting some success he wouldn't follow Wladimir. He needed to be a step away at all times. Wladimir's jab was the difference as usual. It kept Chambers from getting inside and throwing anything meaningful. Wladimir got his hightlight kayo. Little earlier would have been nice but that might be a little to critical, even for me.

Hey, they're on the same side but it's like family. Bickering. When you're working that closely with someone for years, with that much on the line, emotions run high and you're going to get that kind of thing. It's all good, I think. (Watch them make a liar out of me and part ways bitterly)

Vlad told Steward he would try.

It's no big deal, just "sour grapes" by prejudiced Klitschko haters.

Did you know that Steward has received threats for training Vlad from haters?

    E. Steward may be great as a trainer, but I don't like his ring-side antics. He is acting for the cameras and as somebody has already stated; he is not really helping.

That's what they say about Atlas, but I think they'd probably do it if the cameras weren't on them too.
