Didn't Haye insist Wladimir not have a rematch clause?

And if so why should he be asking for a rematch for losing when he's made Wladimir agree point blank not to give him a rematch if he won? :huh

P.S. dear moderators of ESB's fine boxing forum(s). I know your ban finger must be aching right now but I humbly request you not to ban me for simply asking a question. I am in no way, shape or form deriding your hero. I am simply asking a question.

    dear TS

the rermatch clause that Klits usually arrange have pre built in purses, therefore if someone does pull a buster douglas they dont make mega bucks even after they become the champ
its not simple like you make out

not being contracted to them is a good thing, ask the klits themselves would they give somebody options on them ?

That's why the K brothers as far as I know always worked their ass off in order to become officially mandated challengers whenever they got into a title fights. Thus no options.

Vitali was mandatory for Hide's WBO belt
Wlad was mandatory for Byrd's IBF belt (in their rematch)
Vitali was mandatory for Lewis' WBC strap
    etc. etc.

If fighters don't like to sign options with K2 then they have two simple choices. Either they become mandatory or they bring a major belt to the table (like Haye or Ibragimov did).

Haye's unsportsmanlike attempts to get Wlad disqualified with his endless fake flopping should be reason enough not to fight him again.

Haye's looks at the ref with his face saying "Disqualify him already!! Help me out here!!" were cringe worthy.

Hardly a gentlemanly contract. Is that the same if the challenger is a mandatory?

No options for mandatory challengers. Problem is: HWs are lazy bitches who want outright titleshots with a big paycheck rather than work their way up to a mandatory position.
