Unless they fought in the ams and nobody but him know. Zab with head protection and only going 3 rounds, good lord he'd be unstoppable

    TOSS UP .

This fight will definitely end in a Knockout .

Corrales will take out Miguel Early or Miguel will take out Corrales late .

Peak Cotto at 140 (say circa Maussa-Pinto) absolutely demolishes any version of Diego Corrales at that weight class. The emaciated version of Cotto who had trouble with Corley and Torres, probably has some difficulty with Chico too. Still, I think ultimately Cotto would prevail in a war of attrition. I really don't think Chico would have been suited for that weight class. He may have had the height for it, but I don't think he had the physical strength or durability to last in that division.

Cotto probably wins, although if Corrales can get on the inside, he'd have a big edge in in-fighting abilities. Corrales and Castillo was not only an amazing fight, but a clinic on quality in-fighting. Something that is lacking today.

Corrales's accomplishments were at 130 and 135, but he was a very big lightweight so I don't think he'd suffer much at 140. 147 was too much, plus by 2007 he was already declining from the beatings he had taken, plus possibly issues with alcohol abuse.

Cotto was a real stocky guy at 140. He showed more shakiness later in his time at 140, probably having issues making weight. He looked like a Marc Anthony-esque corpse in some of the weigh-ins, particularly the fight with Malignaggi.

But he had better overall skills than Chico. This would be a style paradox where the taller, rangier fighter has the edge up close and the shorter guy with less reach has the edge on the outside. Cotto's footwork and movement was a lot better than Corrales's and he would use it to outbox Corrales. Corrales didn't have the best chin, but Cotto has always been more of a bruising, heavy-handed guy than someone who badly hurts world-class opponents with shots to the head. At least not after they have been worn down.

Cotto by UD, with Chico looking busted up at the end of the fight. Maybe not as bad as he did after the first Castillo fight, but pretty bad. Cotto would be marked up too.

Cotto would be put to sleep at 140 by Corrales. Cotto had a glass chin at 140. Corrales is way better than any fighter Cotto ever fought at 140, especially better than Corley, Torres, and Judah who nearly KO Cotto.

Probably Cotto, was kinda green, but had a more consistent attack. Might of gotten dropped by the more experienced Chico, but it was clear Chico didn't carry his power over to 140. Cotto had faster hands and hit just as hard. At 135 Chico wins tho IF Cotto decided to go toe to toe.
