I dont think size is such an issue here..Stevie used his lack of height in his style and made himself awkward with what he had to work with. I do think it is a massive chance Diego just lands something hurtful and ends it. But have look at how Corrales deals with short, slick light punchers in Gairy St Claire and John Brown..Much much lesser versions of Stevie and though Diego beat them clearly he was still given the fits...was even momentarily rocked a couple of times by St Claire from memory.
