Diego De La Hoya: The Golden Kid-Is He The Super Bantamweight Second Coming Of Oscar?

Diego De La Hoya is a 21 year old 5'6 Featherweight with a 11-0 8 KO's record. Born in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. Its pretty obvious who his cousin is, in fact his family are involved in the sport, Diego had around 250 amateur fights and won a Mexican National Olympic Silver Medal. Although he missed out on the Mexican Olympic National Team because he lost to another top prospect I covered Oscar Valdez. Talent doesn't usually pass from father to son so I highly doubt it can pass from cousin to cousin, and he'll never probably find the fame of Oscar due to the fact that he fights in the lower divisions which are just not monetarily as profitable as the higher ones. And he doesn't have Oscar's looks, but still a good looking kid, and is an incredibly fun to watch brawling Mexican fighter. So take a look at The Golden Child or Kid.
