Does anyone see any weakness in DDLH? He looks like a total all-rounder to me.

The mountain they are referring to Mount Baldy is brutal, its been in the Tour Of California bike race off and on and its grueling it usually takes the professional cyclists 45 minutes to climb it.

When he steps up to better levels of competition we'll be able to know what his weaknesses are, cause every boxer has them. But as of right now he looks like a seasoned pro.

He gets a little overly comfortable dropping the left arm when he's "feeling it", but that could easily just be something he does knowing what he's up against, that he would be smart enough to fix when he steps up.

    Round 6

De La Hoya is skipping back and to his left, allowing Ruiz to just graze or narrowly miss with his light reach-in double and triple left jabs. De La Hoya is carrying his front arm low now, throwing crisp lead rights on the nose as Ruiz steps forward. 1-2-left uppercut by De La Hoya dashing in with a quick sortie, evaporating from the pocket just as quickly before Ruiz knows what struck him. More chasing and button-pressing with the jab by Ruiz.

    10-9 De La Hoya

    60-54 De La Hoya

Is that swelling from Diegos right eye from a butt?

The commentators are calling this "adversity".

A tiny cut in a fight he's dominating.

They're just looking to spice up a mismatch, is all.

Unclear. The ref never mentioned during the round break that it was from one, meaning it would cause a TKO in the very unlikely event the swelling/cut brought on a stoppage. :think

Yer I agree, we'll find out what he's really made of when he steps up, but as of now other than that left hand dropping thing (which I think he does when he KNOWS he can get away with it) he doesn't seem to have any weakness that really stands out.

ok.. right on, i dont think it will be much of a problem for diego, as the swelling looks to be under control.
