Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone could offer any useful tips about dieting revolving around specifically boxing. Most diets I see are focused on reaching ideal fight weight however my body type does not hold much fat what so ever and restricting calories/carbs is not a problem for me as I'm always on fight weight.

I'm 16, 6'1 and about 64kg at 9% body fat if that helps.
In summary just looking too get a more structured diet in place too see where it can take me. I usually eat Greek yoghurt and granola each morning and then chicken with salad, Brown rice and mushrooms for dinner and then a similar meat based meal for tea. (only drink water)
Hopefully you guys can help me out, thanks

There's no such thing as a 'boxing specific diet', just a good diet or a bad one. :good
