So, I feel my diet is pretty good for the most part but could use improvement. It is hard to tell if I eat enough, too much, or to little due to the fact I havn't changed weight in a while despite what I eat. I also take adderall which makes the whole "Eat when you're hungry" thing a bit hard seeing as it is a huge appetite suppressant (I am prescribed and use it every day except weekends). I will start posting meal plans that I eat and any feedback would be great.

Tuesday: Boxing for 2 hours. Sparring 3 rounds, mitts and heavybag.

Noon: 3 eggs, two pieces of Ezekiel 4:9 toast, peanutbutter on one piece of toast, apple.

3:30: 4oz Salmon, 2oz whole wheat pasta, dash of alfredo sauce (less than a serving size), romane lettuce salad with some red and green peppers in it.

5:00: 1/2 cup of oatmeal and Banana

6:20-8:45: Boxing, drinking splashes of gatorade here and there.

9:00: Orange and whey protein shake(1 serving)

10:00: 4oz chicken, 1/4 cup dry brown rice, peppers and spinach cooked with chicken, sprinkle of cheese and salsa.

    Before Bed: Casein shake.

If your weight hasn't changed you've found your maintenance.

What weight are you? It looks good but it doesn't look like you're eating much at all.

I wake up whenever I can that gives me 7-8 hours of sleep. due to class schedules and what not my sleep schedule changes. I do always eat a big breakfast within the hour I wake up though. I am 160lb 72.5kb and want to drop down to the light welterweight class seeing as I am only 5 8.
