im not a boxer myself, but i was extremely unfit but went on a diet a few week ago, and the results are good, cos the main thing is when losing weight, make sure your muscle mass doesnt deteriate. ive been

06.30 - take a thermobol capsule, then some diet protein shake, then maybe go for bike ride or run before work

10.00 - two pieces of fruit

12.00- thermobol, chicken breast or tuna sandwich, more fruit

15.00 - thermobol tablet, another 2 pieces of fruit or diet protein shake

    18.00 - tea

19.00 - i do 15km every night on an exercise bike, if i can manage that, you def will able to, do 50-100 sit up, and i do about 100 half-pull ups, on a machine at a 45degree angle.

ive already lost 8 pound in two weeks and can feels muscle developing, but i let myself down last night, going to the pub and having a kebab on way home, i tend to have a weakness for lager and indians lol

I have always found it easier to keep to a healthy diet by monitoring what I put into my body. Anything I eat I write it down in a log book and breakdown the macronutrients. If I don't do this I find I either eat too much or more often eat too little.

I break down my meals into 5-6 smaller meals a day rather than 3 meals a day as this helps boost my metabolism.

I ensure once a week I have a cheat meal where I get to eat what I like. It's like a reward for the discipline I have shown throughout the redt of the week

I ensure I eat 2 pieces of fruit and 3 portions of vegatables a day, no matter what.

That diet is awful. Why the fat burning pills? I'm suprised you've lived a few weeks on that.

I take it you're a 12 year old, 60lbs girl to be surviving on that food alone?
