If the diets working 4 u mate stick with it. It looks fine 2 me!!! The only advice i would give u is dont listen 2 virus or relentless!!! They claim 2 know everything but actually know **** all!!!

Why is that? You asked for help with your diet, I said your current diet is awful (which it is) but you don't want to listen because my responce didn't go "Good job mate, that's perfect" or "It looks fine 2 me!!". I don't know much about nutrition at all, I've never claimed to, but I know that "diet" is complete ****.
