6-7 days a week in the gym

Diet: Pretty balanced and healthy. (I think) No soda, no alcohol, no meat (other than fish)
    Typical day:
Breakfast: Lowfat yogurt or cottage cheese with fresh fruit, whole grain cereal or oatmeal w/nuts and dried fruit
    Coffee
    Multi-vitamin

Snack: String cheese and and apple

Lunch: Salad with tuna or hard boiled eggs (lots of veggies on the salad, very little dressing if any)

Snack: granola bar and a handful of carrots and broccoli

Dinner: Steamed veggies or salad with baked fish.
or: egg white omelette with cheese, black beans and vegetables.

    and tons of water....

I know **** all? You think that's a decent diet... says a lot.

And I've never claimed to know everything about anything. Maybe you should find a quote of me saying "I know everything" so you don't look like a liar.

Why is that? You asked for help with your diet, I said your current diet is awful (which it is) but you don't want to listen because my responce didn't go "Good job mate, that's perfect" or "It looks fine 2 me!!".

I don't know much about nutrition at all, I've never claimed to, but I know that "diet" is complete ****.

Nothing wrong with trying to find out new ways of doing something.

Who did you fight in your last title fight broadcast live on Sky?

    Show some respect :patsch
