Quality, thanks for the comments there appreciated.
The chicken soup is home made via the girlfriend and its a chicken breast I add to it.

However were doing our 'big shop' tomorrow so ill stock up on fresh veg, get some eggs in for breakfast and some more carbs and ultimately eat more, Im off work next week so will train at 7.00am and again at 18.00.

I did have two rye *******s with peanut butter and a banana before my workout today and felt I had more energy to train, so that's a lesson meant.

Ill post how it goes and what my weight is I go.

Don't even know what i was worried about, got down to my weight a few days before my bout and weighed in at 74.5kg. All i did was eat and trained more. i got my carbs from Veg and fruit unless i was sparring, then i got them from better sources to give me energy. i added quinoa to my diet and did hill sprints and standard sprints in the mornings and boxed at night.
I won the fight unanimously, ill get a video up once i get a copy

most importantly: what is/was your current diet?

any diet changes WILL affect your performance, you may not be able to replenish in time, and waste some of that hard work you've been putting in the gym. I would plan to lose it much closer to the time and train as normal, maybe cut some of your calories, but not tons.
You can't expect to have a dietary overhaul 2 weeks before your fight and all that happens is you lose a kilo and a half, you will be adapting to the changes and that is probably negative towards your fight performance, or at the very least in training.

I will get to fighting weight well in advance before my next bouts, however my original opponent dropped out and the replacement my trainer got me was lighter and so I had to loose weight last minute, otherwise I wouldnt of been in that situation.

My diet two weeks before the fight and currently is:

    7.00 Porridge - Bannana & bluberries
    10.00 Apple, Pear casein shake
13.00 Chicken wrap, or Quinoa & chicken with fresh veg, followed by berries
    16.00 Fruit
20.00 Protein & carb meal, Things like salmon & rice, Chicken & pasta.
22.00 Cottage cheese on Rye *******s

I take Exceed by MyProtein pre workout/boxing and Gold standard Whey protein after workout/boxing

That diet looks deficient in fat.
